Set in the beautiful West Sussex countryside, Warnham Lodge provides specialist nursing care and rehabilitation for people living with acquired brain injuries and complex neurological conditions. Our purpose-built home combines luxury living with clinical excellence and offers colleagues the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day.
The Open Day is not just for healthcare professionals wanting to learn more about our service. It is also an opportunity for anyone interested in joining our team to meet colleagues, tour the home, and find out about current career opportunities.
During the event, visitors can:
- Meet our Registered Manager, Joe Patterson, and members of the nursing, therapy and wellness teams
- Explore our specialist facilities, including our hydrotherapy pool and therapy spaces
- Learn about career opportunities across the service
- Discuss roles, training and development opportunities
- Take part in an informal interview on the day if they are interested in applying for a position
