Splendid Care Group is delighted to announce the registration of a brand-new specialist care home for people living with acquired brain injury (ABI) which is set to open in West Sussex in the coming weeks, bringing much-needed capacity and expertise to the local area.
Warnham Lodge, located near Warnham and Horsham, has been developed to provide high-quality, personalised support for individuals with complex neurological needs. The home has recently been successfully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and will accommodate up to 10 residents in a luxurious and therapeutic setting. Its opening is also expected to create a number of jobs in the local community.
The service has been designed to support people living with a wide range of conditions, including acquired and traumatic brain injury, stroke-related brain injuries, hypoxic or anoxic brain injuries, cognitive impairments, behavioural and emotional changes, physical disabilities, complex nursing needs, and other non-traumatic brain injuries.
Set within the rolling West Sussex countryside, Warnham Lodge combines clinical excellence with a high-end living environment. The home features 10 individually designed bedrooms, each with its own private terrace, many offering stunning views. Residents will also benefit from beautifully designed communal lounges and dining spaces, creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere.
In addition to its accommodation, Warnham Lodge offers access to specialist rehabilitation facilities, including a dedicated physiotherapy team, a hydrotherapy pool, and an internal spa pool to support recovery, wellbeing and relaxation.

Warnham Lodge has been developed in response to a growing need for specialist neurological care services in West Sussex and will work closely with partners including Integrated Care Boards, local authorities, NHS discharge teams, case managers and other healthcare professionals across England and Wales.
